Having an interactive broadcast capability has been proven to enhance the effectiveness of missions in conflict, transitional and reconstruction zones of operation by providing a two way communication system between the members of the mission and the indigenous population. Having a means of communicating with the local population, and through other communication devices (cellular phones and the internet), allows that same population to communicate directly with the mission elements is a tremendous Information tool. This allows for continuous discussion and information sharing and gathering, reducing the need for mission staff and military personnel to remain “outside the wire” as they would have to without such a capability.
Cut the wire.
| "David Bailey is one of the rare breeds that combines talent, experience and the ability to think creatively "out of the box" to attain the desired results. Moreover, he is able to reach out to other expertise and talent and enlist their participation in the project --- there are no ego-driven walls that inhibit attaining the desired results. A world traveler, he is at home in most cultures and societies. I have been involved in hiring David Bailey more than once, and always have done so with great anticipation of superior results. I've never been disappointed." - Lt Col Todd Mercer US Army. |
